Casci Ornamental Plaster Acquired by Private Party
Stuart Hayashi, Managing Director of The Dillard Anderson Group (“DAG”), announced the sale of Casci Ornamental Plaster (Casci) of Dallas, to a private investment group.
Casci is the region’s premier provider of custom ornamental plaster and cast concrete for new and renovated estate homes and commercial properties. The company was founded in 1930 and has a long-standing reputation with architects and custom home builders for outstanding work.
Stuart Hayashi said, “The sale of Casci will start a new and exciting chapter for the company. The owners are pleased to be able to pass the company on to the next generation, continuing the legacy set and carried forward for 86 years.”
DAG served as exclusive M&A advisors to Casci and its owners, Mr. and Mrs. Royce Renfro.
