Falcon Directional, LLC Acquires Precision Drilling (Precision Drilling Services, LLC, Precision Drilling Contractors, LLC, and Precision Drilling Of Louisiana, LLC)
Max Dillard and Stuart Hayashi, Managing Directors of The Dillard Anderson Group (“DAG”) are pleased to announce that Precision Drilling: Precision Drilling Services, LLC, Precision Drilling Contractors, LLC, and Precision Drilling Of Louisiana, LLC (“Precision”) has been acquired by Falcon Directional, LLC (“Falcon”).
Troy Pardue, founder and owner, of PRECISION said, “We could not have completed this deal without the involvement of Max Dillard and his staff at The Dillard Anderson Group.”

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. DAG served as exclusive agent to Precision and its founder and owner, Troy Pardue.
